Campfire Dinner with Family

Family

Mike & Cathy, Matt & Emily hosted a dinner cooked in the side yard over an open fire. The recipe for the main dish came into our family in the 1960’s. Mother used to call it Boy Scout Stew, but the rest of us preferred to call it Slop. Regardless of the name it is delicious. Dessert was Lazy Cobbler and was rich and wonderful.
