Selling on the Fly

Family

It’s happening! Frances, our realtor, came by last night with two offers! We sat at the dining room table and compared and contrasted the two offers and finally decided which one to choose for a counter offer. Then today was a flurry of phone calls between Frances and Steve at home and Karen at work. Karen left work early and we and CJ went to Frances’ home to sign a contract before leaving for Tampa airport. But there were still some loose ends. Frances called while we were in the airport parking shuttle and we instructed her to present the counter offer. We were at the airside when she called to say our contract had been accepted! We flew to Columbus. Had a snafu with the car rental reservation. Rented from a different company and drove to North Canton. Arrived at Dave & Rhonda’s in the wee small hours ready for sleep.
