Dennis enjoyed listening to Guinness at Courigan’s so much last month that he wanted to hear them one more time before he moves back to Michigan. So we drove down to Bradenton to join him at Rasher Tierney’s, an Irish pub, to raise a glass in blessing to his safe travels and his new life while we listened to the sweet strains of Jim and Laura as they sang their Irish tunes.
Burgh House Hampstead
Off the beaten path is Hampstead is the more than three hundred year old Burgh House with a fascinating history. It’s now a community center, local museum, gallery, concert venue, event space, and more open to the public four days a week. We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.
