Day Three of Retirement

Family

Spent a good portion of today helping Lou get organized for her move to Palo Alto. We are so excited about her opportunity at Stanford Medical Center and so nostalgic for the good times we have had with her in Santa Fe. We lunched at Blue Moon Cafe. It was delicious Southwest Cuisine and a beautiful view of the mountains. Did fun little things like dancing in the living room (did you know that swing dance photography is difficult – no one stay still while you get the shot) and making homemade noodles for chicken noodle soup (Meg’s specialty) and gazing out at the little birds pecking at the bird feed in the snow.

We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.
