Family

As we traveled northeast from Memphis, TN to Owensboro, KY it looked as if we were leaving autumn behind and entering winter. A few trees still had some autumn leaves but most of the deciduous trees were bare. Spent the afternoon and evening with friends Chuck & Terry, their granddaughter Hallie, their daughter Beth, and their lovable pooches Pudgie & Patches. Steve & Chuck were great friends in high school and we’ve recently reconnected with him and his wife after more than thirty years. It’s one of those friendships that stands the test of time.
