Newcomers Dinner

Family

Went to the Newcomers Dinner at St John’s tonight. Steve volunteered to help with finishing the Activity Center in the basement of the new church. Before we got all the way home he got a phone call from the coordinator asking if he could help tomorrow. Guess that means we’re part of the community. We snapped this photo with a cell phone since the charger for the Sony pocket sized camera is missing and the battery dead. The light in the basement of the old church is where we gathered for salad, pizza, dessert, and delightful company.

Burgh House Hampstead

Burgh House Hampstead

Off the beaten path is Hampstead is the more than three hundred year old Burgh House with a fascinating history.
