It’s been a month since our refrigerator was moved to the dining room and our electric range was hauled away. We’ve been using the microwave, the panini press, and the Coleman stove out on the deck (including cooking oatmeal in the snow). It will still be a few days until the gas range is hooked up but now we know that fresh biscuits are in our future!
Cozumel & Grand Cayman
Aboard the Norwegian Jewel we’ve made stops in Cozumel, Mexico and Georgetown, Grand Cayman to explore beyond our previous experiences here. Soon we’ll be making our way to ports we’ve not yet explored in the Southern Caribbean.
