Yoga for Complete Beginners

Okay, we’ve been talking for years about the possibility of trying yoga. We once bought a DVD and looked at it once but found it intimidating. We investigated the possibility of local yoga classes but never followed up. Then in December Rachel mentioned online yoga videos. This Sunday we promised ourselves we would watch (just watch) one yoga video this week. We found a good one for complete beginners on youtube and this morning we actually did a twenty minute routine of gentle yoga.  Step One!
