Yoga for Complete Beginners

Family

Okay, we’ve been talking for years about the possibility of trying yoga. We once bought a DVD and looked at it once but found it intimidating. We investigated the possibility of local yoga classes but never followed up. Then in December Rachel mentioned online yoga videos. This Sunday we promised ourselves we would watch (just watch) one yoga video this week. We found a good one for complete beginners on youtube and this morning we actually did a twenty minute routine of gentle yoga.  Step One!

This is great! Did she share our my yoga online account with you? If not, let us know.

Yes, she did although this particular one is not from that site. But it was Rachel’s encouragement and sharing the link that got us started!
