How to Lose a Pool

Family

ImageWe are former pool owners. We know the feeling. Taking care of a pool is a costly and time consuming proposition and often you say, “I just want to fill it in and make a planter out of it.” There needs to be a good joy/aggravation ratio to make it worth having a pool. For Gary that ratio just wasn’t there. When we asked him recently what he wanted us to do to take care of the pool he responded with, “I’d like to just fill it up with sand.” When we asked if he wanted us to get a quote on pool removal, his eyes lit up. We put him in touch with “Dan the Dirt Man” and they made a contract. This morning at 7:15AM the work commenced. Soon the hole in the ground into which Gary once poured money will be filled with packed clean fill dirt and he can design the backyard of his dreams.
