It’s Not Deck Day, but…

IMG_6938Generally we make Pulled Pork only for Deck Day, but several factors conspired to make us want to make up a batch. First of all was the availability of a locally raised Boston Butt at Bryson’s this week. And the fact that we have friends coming over on Sunday. Then there was this super cold snap. A little Jimmy Buffett on the stereo and some pork slow cooking in the oven and we can almost imagine summertime even as we wear our long underwear inside the house. Visions of barbecue dancing in our heads! Yum!
