We and Bill are FitBit Buddies and he is consistently logging more steps than either than us. Today we participated in his secret strategy. We walked to the local coffee shop. It was only 4.4 miles each way! We two have now racked up another achievement, a 20K step day. By day’s end it may be a 10 mile day. It was a pleasant walk in a beautiful day and had the bonus of coffee with friends in between the two segments.
