Crossing from Georgia into Alabama on US 411. If memory serves us correctly family members traveled US 411 at least part of thw way from Cincinnati to St Petersburg in the pre-interstate highway days although they would not have been this far west. We are headed to a city park in Gadsden, Noccalula Falls for tonight’s sojourn. Dinner menu is Deck Day leftover Italian Sausage and baked beans augmented with grilled onions and accompanied by brown ale or Appleton in Cherry Coke. Tomorrow we may check out some local options then head to Mobile.
