We so wanted to visit Greg and Rachel in Boston. Our plan had been to camp south of the metro area and drive into Dorchester for a visit but plans changed and we left the T@B in Enfield and stayed as houseguests at Greg & Rachel’s. It was a most salubrious visit. We got to check on home improvements, see the cherry cradle, walk to The Blarney Stone for a most delicious dinner, find a cache in a nearby park, and next morning enjoy waffles for breakfast before seeing Greg off on his bicycle ride to work and hugging Rachel goodbye for now. We’ll be back again before long though!
Burgh House Hampstead
Off the beaten path is Hampstead is the more than three hundred year old Burgh House with a fascinating history. It’s now a community center, local museum, gallery, concert venue, event space, and more open to the public four days a week. We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.
