We hooked up Gigi (Gypsy Girl) to Eric the Red and departed today from Tween Creeks for another ramble. Our destination today wad the Chapel Hill area and we’d picked out a promising campground. We called to make sure they’d have room for us only to discover they have no showerhouse! Two more places were called also didn’t have one! We ended up near Franklinville, NC, a little further west than we’d planned at an older campground that has brand new owners where we’ve set up for a three night stay.
Stotfold – A Family Adventure
With Karen’s sister, niece, and her family we visited Stotfold England to walk in the footsteps of ancestors and to explore a lovingly restored historic water mill.
