Dinner at Bear Creek

Road Trip

It was shortly before six but already dark when we arrived at the campground. After registration we proceeded to our campsite and got the trailer situated while dodging puddles and raindrops then walked back to the camp store to see what we might like for dinner. The soup sounded good on this cold wet night but we didn’t bring any pans. All our kitchen equipment is back at Tween Creeks. We settled on Jif Peanut Butter and Ritz Crackers and enjoyed them picnic style in the cabin of the T@B. Not exactly gourmet, but it was tasty and filled the hole in our bellies nicely. A comforting start to our final evening with Gigi.
