Once upon a long time ago we would amuse our children with songs and tales of Winnie-the-Pooh and Tigger, too on an LP vinyl that survives to this day. One of the tales involves an attempt by Pooh and friends to lose Tigger in the fog of a misty moisty morning. So as we head out today to dentists appointments and errands on this misty moisty morning, we’re reminded of fun imaginative times with our kids when they were young.
Burgh House Hampstead
Off the beaten path is Hampstead is the more than three hundred year old Burgh House with a fascinating history. It’s now a community center, local museum, gallery, concert venue, event space, and more open to the public four days a week. We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.
