The Little Oven That Can!

Road Trip

It’s Cuisinart CBO-1000 and we learned about it from another teardrop camper who posted about it this weekend. We promptly ordered our own and it arrived on our doorstep this morning. Our first foray into mini-oven cooking was reheated pizza. Fifteen minutes from refrigerator to piping hot on our plates! Impressive! We’ll try kabobs tonight and more stuff tomorrow to get to know it before we take it out on the road. With it’s ability to bake, roast, fry, steam, melt, and toast, it promises to really add versatility to our camper cookery.

Burgh House Hampstead

Burgh House Hampstead

Off the beaten path is Hampstead is the more than three hundred year old Burgh House with a fascinating history.
