It has been a great weekend with our granddaughters. We played with Peyton’s awesome collection of Littlest Pet Shops, did a Pizza and Movies night, built an elaborate train layout with Riley’s wooden train set, and made Apple Pancakes for dinner. Holding the two of them in the same rocker in which we’d snuggled their Dad was a particular treat.
Fenton House and Spaniards Inn
A lovely way to spend a Sunday in Hampstead. We visited the historic Fenton House to view lots of lovely collectibles, to listen to and learn about harpsicords, and to tour and linger in the garden before heading off to the historic Spaniard’s Inn for a most delectable Sunday Roast.
