We’re staying at a KOA outside of North Little Rock. We chose it so we could do laundry as well as run a few errands. We went shopping for a few things at Camping World, treated ourselves to a meal at Chili’s, found a frog guarding a geocache, got some DVDs at Target, then before shopping for groceries at Kroger, Steve got himself a haircut! After the haircut experience last July in Eureka, it’s a wonder he has the courage to let a stranger cut his hair! Now the sun’s gone down and laundry’s still not done…
Burgh House Hampstead
Off the beaten path is Hampstead is the more than three hundred year old Burgh House with a fascinating history. It’s now a community center, local museum, gallery, concert venue, event space, and more open to the public four days a week. We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.
