After our D-Day  adventures we sought out a winery. This is Ohio’s wine country and options abound but most involve restaurants and are crazy busy on Saturday nights. We returned to Harpersfield Winery, near Geneva Ohio. We were here in August 2013 at the beginning of our rambles that year. In fact we mark that visit as the beginning of the adventures. Up to that point our adventures also included misadventures with the T@B refrigerator but that was finally resolved the evening before. Like that visit, this evening we took our wine out into a table next to the vineyard and enjoyed a plate of cheese and fruit. Most salubrious!

Burgh House Hampstead

Burgh House Hampstead

Off the beaten path is Hampstead is the more than three hundred year old Burgh House with a fascinating history. It’s now a community center, local museum, gallery, concert venue, event space, and more open to the public four days a week. We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.
