Not quite as case of “What! Meatloaf again?” But definitely a case of enjoying the remnants of the Deck Day feast. We’re finally winding down. With Mary’s help we cleaned out the refrigerator this morning. In between raindrops we grilled the last of the sausages this evening. There are a few things for the freezer but by and large from this point forward the tastes of Deck Day are behind us again. One exception is a supply of Matt’s BBQ Sauce. Yum!
Burgh House Hampstead
Off the beaten path is Hampstead is the more than three hundred year old Burgh House with a fascinating history. It’s now a community center, local museum, gallery, concert venue, event space, and more open to the public four days a week. We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.
