Omelette in the Oven

2016 Out West, Road Trip

When we have shore power to the T@B we prepare the vast majority of our meals in our Cuisinart Oven Central. Actually we do the same thing at home. It’s extremely versatile and easy to clean. And with the timer feature it’s all but impossible to burn a meal which is important when someone shows up unexpectedly for a T@B tour. We’re constantly learning new ways to use it. This morning’s repast is a sausage cheddar omelette dressed with diced fresh tomato from the Amish farmers market!

Over a long weekend we sampled some of the myriad things to do in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, unique among national parks for it’s environmental reclamation, historic preservation, and recreational opportunities adjacent to the populous cities of Cleveland and Akron in northeastern Ohio. Can’t wait to return and explore more.

Slow Journey Home

Big Repair, and finally the Mary Rose. All were incredibly informative and well presented.
