Here we are in Buckeye Lake KOA smack in the middle, sandwiched in between two big rigs (seven kids and three dogs) with the activities pavilion across one road and a party campsite across the other road. One benefit was we were only steps away from where they were serving popcorn tonight. We didn’t hang around to watch Despicable Me 2 though. Instead we munched our popcorn while watching our private screening of Aerial America: Ohio.Â
Burgh House Hampstead
Off the beaten path is Hampstead is the more than three hundred year old Burgh House with a fascinating history. It’s now a community center, local museum, gallery, concert venue, event space, and more open to the public four days a week. We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.
