Newman Reunion

2016 Out West, Road Trip

It was an incredible visit with George and Dolores. It’s a friendship that goes back to our college days at St Petersburg Junior College and the University of South Florida Engineering. All four of us were charter members of the SPJC chapter of the Newman Club. George and Steve were roommates and fellow engineering students at USF. Today we were the first visitors to the lovely townhouse they recently purchased In Vancouver, Washington. Although visits have been few over the years, the friendship is strong, the conversation easy. We enjoyed excellent wine and fabulous food, but most of all we relished a strong connection!

We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.

Wicked The Musical

Ever since its debut on Broadway the two of us have wanted to see “Wicked the Musical”. Today we realized that dream. In the Apollo Victoria Theater in London’s West End we were witness to the incredible prequel to The Wizard of Oz, the story of the Glinda the Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.
