What a glorious weekend! We made the trip down to St Petersburg so we could participate in the festivities celebrating Sean and Arleene’s wedding. We helped with the decorations Friday afternoon, witnessed their exchange of vows that evening, danced at their reception Saturday evening, and brunched with the bridal couple and their family and friends this morning. It also gave us a visit, to dine, and to dance with many people special to us, some who live here and others who have traveled from afar. And we had the chance to spend some time in sunny downtown St Petersburg amid our own memories as well as immersed in the history of this fair city. Thank you Sean and Arleene for the opportunity to celebrate with you. Many the two of you experience a true and growing love throughout a long and glorious life!
Burgh House Hampstead
Off the beaten path is Hampstead is the more than three hundred year old Burgh House with a fascinating history. It’s now a community center, local museum, gallery, concert venue, event space, and more open to the public four days a week. We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.
