T@B Talking at Josie’s

Road Trip

Karen’s cousin, Phil, called recently to tell us that his friend, Greg, had just ordered a T@B Clamshell. So of course when we stopped in Lexington for a visit with Phil and Jill, we had to meet up with Greg and Deb. Their T@B is on order and in the queue at the factory awaiting its turn in the assembly line. As we enjoyed a yummy dinner at Josie’s we listened to their plans and filled them in on some of the nuances of traveling in a T@B. We hope we didn’t bore Jill and Phil with all our T@B talk but really enjoyed getting to know some more members of the T@B community.

In the Apollo Victoria Theater in London’s West End we were witness to the incredible prequel to The Wizard of Oz, the story of the Glinda the Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.

London’s National Portrait Gallery’s temporary exhibition, “Six Lives: The Stories of Henry VIII’s Queens” presents an amazing collection of portraits, jewelry, personal effects, books, costumes, and more to illustrate not only the lives of the six women who married the second Tudor king, but the effort across five centuries to keep their memory alive.
