Geocaches, Pizza, and Ice Cream

Family

It’s a Tradition! On the Sunday following the teardrop gathering, our granddaughters and our son come to visit us at the campground. This year part of the fun was checking out the new T@B-400. They were definitely interested in the guest bed in the front and are now making plans for a sleepover! Today’s adventure involved Going Geocaching. The girls with very little assistance from us discovered caches at Winklepleck Park, behind Park Street Pizza, and in front of Troyer Furniture in Sugarcreek . We noshed on pizza at Park Street and made the short trip to Berlin to The Scoop for soft serve ice cream. The two of us really enjoyed Mocafe, the flavor of the week.

We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.

In the Apollo Victoria Theater in London’s West End we were witness to the incredible prequel to The Wizard of Oz, the story of the Glinda the Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.
