Sunday found us back at Farm Bloomington perusing the Brunch Menu. The two of us settled on local interpretations of classics. The Hoosier Poutine added poached eggs to the classic french fries, cheese curds, and gravy dish. The Indiana Benedict featured sausage and kielbasa gravy atop the poached eggs on a delectable biscuit. What a great way to fuel ourselves for the day!
