Wow! It seems the colors popped out overnight! We made our way from east of Montpelier on into New Hampshire today glorying in the gorgeous autumn foliage. We stopped by a historic covered bridge along the way. Once we got settled into our campsite, we headed into the tiny town of Franconia. Did some shopping at Mac’s Market, a delightful independent grocery, picked up a couple of things at the local True Value, and enjoyed a yummy meal at The Dutch Treat.

Ever since its debut on Broadway the two of us have wanted to see “Wicked the Musical”. Today we realized that dream. In the Apollo Victoria Theater in London’s West End we were witness to the incredible prequel to The Wizard of Oz, the story of the Glinda the Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.
