A New Tradition

2018 Northeast, Road Trip

It was a morning of hugs and goodbyes as we exchanged contact information, offered moochdocking opportunities, and bid friends safe travels. The rest of us then gathered under the picnic shelter where we were joined by Jenn, an intrepid T@B traveler who’d not been able to join us for the week but came for a day trip. The long standing tradition of all going out together for The Leftovers Dinner was modified this year. We decided we’d rather share our leftover beverages and snacks then send out for Park Street Pizza. And our newest nüCamp Ambassadors, Michael and Jeff offered to treat us! It was a gentle relaxing fun day made even sweeter with a homemade Fresh Peach Dessert compliments of Elsie and Sarah. Looks like we might have a new twist on a tradition begun in 2013!

Six Lives: The Stories of Henry VIII’s Queens

London’s National Portrait Gallery’s temporary exhibition, “Six Lives: The Stories of Henry VIII’s Queens” presents an amazing collection of portraits, jewelry, personal effects, books, costumes, and more to illustrate not only the lives of the six women who married the second Tudor king, but the effort across five centuries to keep their memory alive.
