Dublin, Here We Come!

Family, International, Ireland

The four of us are finally aboard our Chicago to Dublin flight. We’ve had our challenges with seat assignments and boarding passes not to mention a delayed flight out of DFW that had us sprinting through O’Hare airport. Then three of us were seated in Row 26 in three aisle seats with one middle seat in between. When the gentleman assigned to it was offered Patti’s aisle seat with extra leg room in Row 18, he happily accepted! Now we four are ensconced with our phones, power cords, earbuds, blankets, and pillows all together in our cramped seats headed to adventure!

Wow! You two DO get around! Dublin, Ohio isn’t that far from us. Too bad your seats are so cramped just to go there….
    oh THAT Dublin! Lol
Were they able too fit your T@B in the overhead bin?
Well – by now you are roaming in the countryside and raising a pint or two! Can’t wait to enjoy reading about your adventures. And we will try to withhold all “O” humor
As in “Patty O. Furniture” or mention of leprechauns.
    Have fun!

      Hi Susan & Rich,
Just a bit of clarification. Steve didn’t get to go on the Sisters Trip to Ireland but we are now back on the road again with our Sc@rlett T@B befind Eric the Ted headed into Michigan and then westward, wherever the roads take us. Will get caught up on the blog posts soon.

Cozumel & Grand Cayman

Aboard the Norwegian Jewel we’ve made stops in Cozumel, Mexico and Georgetown, Grand Cayman to explore beyond our previous experiences here. Soon we’ll be making our way to ports we’ve not yet explored in the Southern Caribbean.

Winter Magic in Medina

Winter Magic in Medina

By deliberate choice we were in Medina for all the winter holiday festivities from Candlelight Walk in the days before Thanksgiving through A Christmas Carol and A Celtic Christmas as well as an Alex Bevan Concert and a historic house tour all the way through Medina’s 31st Ice Festival but perhaps the highlight was the town hosting hundreds of folks whose homes and lives were devasted by Hurricane Helene at the A Promise of Christmas Event the middle of January. It’s an honor to be a part of this amazing community!
