They top the list of the best doughnuts in the Sugarcreek area. We discovered these mammoth delicacies a couple of years ago when you could only get them from the doughnut truck parked at the car wash on select Friday mornings. These days they actually have a store front, Amish Country Doughnuts and Cafe on Dover Road. But best of all they brought their doughnut truck out to Winklepleck Grove this morning. That way all of us üCampers get a chance to savory their amazing hot glazed doughnuts as a sweet way to kick off our Tuesday which promises plenty of time to visit with and compare notes with other T@Bbers.

It’s now a community center, local museum, gallery, concert venue, event space, and more open to the public four days a week. We popped over for a bite to eat and to peruse the galleries to learn a little more about Hampstead history.
