The Barefoot Caravan

Family

The tradition on Day One of üCamp is to gather for wine and cheese and a chance to greet old and new friends. This time we could also tour the latest T@G, T@B, and 400 models as well as preview the Barefoot Caravan, a British RV that nüCamp expects to bring to the US market in 2020. It’s an amazing little camper with a bright interior. Features include a wet bath, kitchen, cupboards for storage, and even a little wardrobe. But the most amazing feature is the bright and roomy dinette that converts to a big bed. In fact we were able to demonstrate that eight adults can fit into the seating in that dining area! We were delighted to talk with the designer, Catherine Chamberlain and look forward to watching as nüCamp introduces the Barefoot to the US market.

Six Lives: The Stories of Henry VIII’s Queens

London’s National Portrait Gallery’s temporary exhibition, “Six Lives: The Stories of Henry VIII’s Queens” presents an amazing collection of portraits, jewelry, personal effects, books, costumes, and more to illustrate not only the lives of the six women who married the second Tudor king, but the effort across five centuries to keep their memory alive.
