FaceTime Participants

Family

Several members of Karen’s family gathered in Fort Worth this evening to celebrate her Dad’s 90th birthday. Thanks to technology we were able to participate too. Ed sent an audio file of a conversation with Dad about his maternal aunts and we were able to interject comments via text and then at cake and ice cream time we did a rendition of Happy Birthday via FaceTime. It’s not the same as being there but it’s still a cool way to bridge the miles and be connected.

Burgh House Hampstead
